House news -- a contract!

We got an offer on our house yesterday, and the people that brought over the contract Kasha and Dominik were so nice and it went so smoothly that I can't believe it.

I don't want to count my turduckens before they're hatched, but...I could have kissed them Josie-style. Maybe even piddled a bit on the rug.

Anyone have a spare bedroom? We've got 60 days to find a place.

We're looking for 2B/2b in Old Town or Lincoln Park, lots of light, near lake, and re-habbed vintage with some sort of outdoor space would be my special wish, but I can probably be convinced otherwise with the lure of a new washer and dryer.
