My broken knee...I mean tree.

So, here's the branch that over a week after I tripped over it and broke my kneecap (and after it was partially broken up and dragged to the side by someone else--the tree not my knee) and it is still laying in the sidewalk.

Welcome to the city of Chicago. Apparently our taxes go to cutting down each and every tree branch on our street, and leaving them laying around.



Note the caution tape wrapped around the actual tree branch. Very visible.
